How's your C.U.P.?

Wolf visited me yesterday in meditation.  It's been awhile, and his presence was so welcome.  How do I know it was him?  He told me about his dad (Mike's) knee surgery, which I already knew about, but Wolf showed me an image of scar tissue and repeated the word "rubber band."  I sent an email to Mike and Beth to tell them of the visit.  Mike wrote back and said, "I have had more conversations with Wolf lately asking for help in healing with my knee. As far as my requests to him, the most urgent is his help in tearing down the scar tissue to allow more range of motion, and the other request is to alleviate the tight rubber band sensation I get around my knee all the time.  WOW, your words from Wolf just confirms he is aware and is helping me to full health."

I wrote back to Mike and said, "Seriously?  You used the term 'rubber band' to describe the sensation?" and he replied, "I have used this term almost daily at physical thereapy! Wolf knows exactly what we're talking about."

Thank you, Wolf, for being so present with us.  I know that he has been helping me the past two days as I tweaked my "Heart Gifts" presentation.  Wolf's message of the need for all of us to come into alignment with our true nature and be more heart-centered hasn't changed, but I wanted to make the teaching points in the presentation crystal clear.  As I put each teaching point on its own Power Point slide, he gave me a really cool acronym that summarizes the way to live from the heart:

Allow your C.U.P. to runneth over (where C.U.P. stands for Compassion, Understanding, and Patience)

Ty and I had fun making a photo for the slide showing my "Isn't that interesting!" cup running over.  As my t-shirt implies, may Wolf's words inspire YOU to overflow with Compassion for all of our fellow human beings and for ourselves as we learn and grow in this School of Life, Understanding of why humans do the things they do, and Patience with ourselves and with those who forget that we are spirit-beings whose true essence is love.

Thank you, Wolf, for leaving us proof that we are multi-dimensional souls here and now.
