One of my clients is dealing with the loss of her 16-year-old
son who tragically took his own life as the result of a rash and irreversible
decision. She shared with me today what his friends have done to make something
good come of something so devastating.
She wrote, “The fact that these kids were inspired enough and loved him
enough to put so much work into creating a non-profit that has gone on to do so
much good in his name is astounding to us.
They are only 16 and 17 years old! They've been written up in the
newspaper and have won awards locally for their work. The organization has
grown exponentially and they want to boilerplate it and roll it out to other
schools to keep the goodness flowing. They've asked us to help with that which,
of course, we are thrilled to do.” Click here to read an inspiring article about these great kids. My client’s son was one of them. Thanks for checking in to see what's been going on.
